At Rehab with Chalk, we dont believe in quick fixes or patch jobs. We believe in uncovering the root cause of the issue and working on a long term solution with the minimal amount of sessions needed. If you’ve seen a physiotherapist, osteopath or chiropractor regularly for an adjustment or pain relief, only for the pain or discomfort to come back within a week or two, then maybe it’s time to try another approach.

Whether you have any acute or chronic pain/injuries, and you’re feeling frustrated with the limitations it causes to your day to day life or performance, we can help. You will be given strategies to manage the pain straight away, supported through a step by step rehabilitation process and educated on the cause of the injury as well as how to prevent it from happening again.
I also offer bespoke strength training sessions to teach people with recurrent pain/injuries how to train with proper and safe technique.

Pain is NOT a sign of weakness leaving the body, but a natural signal saying that something is not right. A healthy and capable body should NOT experience pain when we try to sit in a car, pick up a box or do a deadlift.

We have seen patients who had become defeated in their daily lives due to chronic low back pain for over 30 years. It is our job to show them a way out and a life without pain. We believe that everyone can re-establish control over their life and physical capabilities with the right rehabilitation strategies.
